When I recently started my new job with a network marketing
company, I was invited to attend their International Sales Training
Event in New York. I decided that it would be worth my while,
since Donald Trump himself was going to be speaking there, and I have
been wanting the chance to hear him speak for some time.
Well, it turns out that Donald Trump was not the only good reason
for going...
Throughout the weekend, I had numerous opportunities to see and
interact with beautiful barefoot women!
It started out at my hotel. Since my organization had booked
an entire sports arena, all of the hotels in the area were filled
with my fellow salespeople. I didn't quite realize this at
first, however.
The amazing woman who strolled casually up to the hotel counter
while I was checking in, I came to find out later, was a fellow
representative of my organization. We had a short conversation,
which was shortly followed by another (with her still in her
bare feet!). This set the stage for a rather nice encounter
later at the event.
She happened to be wearing shoes at the event, but based on the
previous two encounters, I would have to say that she was at least an
Occasional Barefoot Girl.
And she was interesting, intelligent, friendly and fun, like you
would want a woman (and a salesperson) to be.
At the event itself, I saw a number of other barefoot women.
There were probably several of the
Accidental Barefoot Girl
category, but there were probably other Occasional Barefoot Girls,
and maybe even one or two representatives of
The Pure Form.
My estimate is that about 1 in 10,000 women is The Pure
Form so, in a group of 15,000 people, odds are good that there
was at least one there.
Now, I can't vouch for what other organizations' sales conferences
might be like, but I can say that my organization's provided plenty
of opportunity to interact with the kinds of women that we hold in
the highest regard.
But, before I go asking you to sign up, I need you to read the
following article about network marketing (A.K.A. Multi-Level
Marketing, or MLM). It describes what network marketing is and,
more importantly, what it isn't. It's actually
from South Africa, and it gives a much better explanation than I can
of why network marketing is such a good business model.
